FriedmanとCowperthwaite

Andrei Illarionov(2008)、“Friedman and Russia（pdf）”(Cato Journal, Vol.28(1), Winter 2008)によれば（pp.7）、『Economic Freedom of the World: 2006 Annual Report（The Fraser Institute）』（pdf）に掲載された“Cowperthwaite and the free market in practice”（pp.6）がフリードマン（Milton Friedman）がこの世に残した最後の論説らしい。
